Coconut, raspberry, and mint ice cream:
INGREDIENTS :
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 small handful of fresh mint leaves
400ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mint, chop the leaves into small pieces

INGREDIENTS
450g ripe apricots
cane sugar
3 tablespoons raw honey
1 cup of almond milk
½ cup full-fat coconut milk
2 -3 drops of almond extract
Juice of half a lemon
Fresh strawberries.
– Preheat oven to 425°. Halve the apricots into pieces. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with a little cane sugar. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until very soft and slightly golden.
– Add the roasted apricots and honey to a high-power blender or blender and blend until smooth.
– Add the lemon juice, almond extract, almond milk, and coconut milk, and mix them once again.
– Freeze it in the molds or if you prefer and you have the ice cream maker, pour the mixture.
Blueberry, lemon, and yogurt ice cream
INGREDIENTS
3 Cup of blueberries
Sweetener to taste
Greek yogurt
1 lemon
– In a blender or mixer, add the blueberries with the sweetener. Next, place the mixture in another container and now add the yogurt with the lemon zest, the juice, and a tablespoon of sweetener.
– Pour a little mixture into the mold and cover with more yogurt, continue like this until you reach the top of the mold.
