BLACK TEA:
Made from fermented tea leaves, black tea has the highest caffeine content and forms the base for flavored teas such as Chai or some instant teas. Studies have shown that black tea can protect the lungs from damage caused by cigarette smoke. It may also reduce the risk of cerebrovascular diseases.
WHITE TEA:
The leaves of this tea are uncured or fermented. One study showed that this type of tea had more anti-cancer properties than any other type.
RED TEA:
